ESPN reporter Britt McHenry goes all Reese Witherspoon on a towing Co.

I saw this last night. The dumbest thing about the whole affair is that she was told she was being taped and she still managed to make herself an ass.

I love the fact that she tried to use the "do you know who I am" thing.

A guy tried to use that on me to try to get his kid a summer internship in my lab (a common thing for college students trying to push their medical school application towards the top of the pile). He was some hotshot attorney to the rich and famous. Anyway, he dropped the "do you know who I am" thing to which I replied that I didn't care. He then suggested he could get me fired. I reminded him that my removal would require a 2/3rds majority vote in the faculty senate...a body that can't even agree on lunch for the convened meetings.

She was the local sportscaster on the 11:embarrassed:0 news in DC for years. Cute girl for sure...well at least physically. Inside, not so much.

Sounds like she's in the right industry.

She's clearly an idiot too. It's 2015 — how do you not comprehend that you're going to end up plastered all over news outlets and social media when you ass out like this? Particularly when someone has the courtesy to tell you that's exactly what's going to happen?

The whole "I'm on TV" thing really bugs me. There really is nothing special about that...at all. It'll be interesting to see if ESPN does anything.

To translate: Oh shit, I got caught.

I don't even think she is that attractive. Then add being an entitled airhead.....
I agree. She is not attractive to me on the least. She looks like plastic. Not to mention she a despicable excuse for a person.

Obviously that college education she is so proud of didn't include English or she would know what "no parking" means.

Pretty much exactly what I think every time some celebrity makes a big public apology...Crap, I got caught, how can I salvage this.

I gotta tell ya, if there is one industry that is consistently at the top of abject disdain list, it's towing companies. No offense to any actual drivers who may be on here, but the industry as a whole is fucking shadier than Sherwood Forest at Sundown. Fuck them in their meathead face.

That now out of the way...

That tactless twit is lucky big mama didn't come around the counter and give her an attitude adjustment. You can't abuse people like that! That was a textbook example of a self centered, delusional, narcissistic , entitled brat who needs to spend a few weeks picking up trash on the side of the interstate with a chain gang of repeat offenders.

Suspended for a week. What a chickenshit move by ESPN. Which BTW, comes directly on the heels of their last chickenshit move in suspending another reporter because he engaged in a creationism vs evolution twitter conversation with Curt Schilling, who was being a total douche.

If I were ESPN she'd be unemployed before she walked through the lobby the next day. To my point earlier, she's an imbecile. She's clearly demonstrated an inability to understand or appreciate her role as a representative of the company, and her narcissism has already given her employer a black eye. She's a liability and I'd throw her ass out on the street in a heartbeat.

You know, I was on TV once. Can I used that as an excuse to be an asshat?

If I ask anybody "Don't you know who I am?" you can be guaranteed it's going to be a setup for an amnesia gag.
