Standing in the Shadows of Motown will be on at 10am. its actually on now, but its at least halfway through. if you've never seen this from the beginning, you absolutely need to. required watching for everybody. i will be telling my students this weekend.

I own it, i have watched it countless times and will watch again. I dont care what genre you enjoy, its simply wonderful, moving, inspiring.


And as i have said before, Joan Osborne's version of "What Becomes of the Brokenhearted" might just be my single favorite music performance EVAR.



So, basically . . .

Maybe i'll just er, backup a copy of the DVD and send it to you mark. I'll see if it will copy and let you know.
 
Yeah, sometimes my, er backup program cant get past the hurdles, if you know what i mean, but it should work. I'll try and copy it.
