I love reuben's but I always sub out the swiss for provolone. I really really hate swiss cheese.

I'm cool with corned beef and I dig me some swiss. It's everything else on it that is just . My grandmother makes "fantastic" reubens, but I take my corned beef and swiss on the side, with potatos and onions saute'd on the side.

Does that extend to ham, or are you just talking about pink beef? Cuz if you don't like ham, we may have to have you institutionalized.

As for reubens - I fricking love them. Corned beef or Pastrami - both are good. I like the original forumla with swiss cheese and seeded rye.
