Preschool Graduation Day!

They are doing a short ceremony of some sort and then there's a party. I might take him to lunch (and Frys) after wards...mom has to go back to work for the afternoon.

Congrats to Mr. Wein on passing his exams - all that hard work has finally paid off! Buy him a round for me.

He can write his own name, explain how the solar system is set up, can use a hammer, screwdriver and ratchet but still doesn't want to color within the lines.

Who is the native French speaker at home, Mrs F??

My #3 son is in AP Spanish this next year in HS and my daughter (9th grade) is in Spanish 3. Their middle school has a great Spanish program that is mandatory for all the students.

Mrs. F, yes, but 2 of Mrs. F's siblings live with us, as well. All are Francophones, but they're all bilingual.

Ah yes. It was a bigger day for me than I thought. How was I to know it was the only graduation my son would have?

(Actually, he did recently graduate with an associates degree, but I couldn't pass up this line.)
