Ritchie played through an Aiwa TP-1011 reel-to-reel tape recorder into a small, 50 watt, Engl Thunder 50 combo.

His tone sounded damn good to me. Perhaps, Ren Faire music is not the best way to keep rock ‘n’ roll chops. The rigorous of age are coming for us all.
