User Error
Anybody else ever get a message when you reply to a thread that says "Your request cannot be completed because a security token is missing."?

I don't get it all the time, but occassionally I do. I just got one when I tried to do a search.

It's not a new problem. It's happened every now and then since the upgrade.

I'm getting it today when I try to do a search by my user name.

I sometimes get it when I'm trying to do quick replies too. It's pretty infrequent, and I can usually hit 'back' and resubmit and it'll work.
 
Thats strange. I wonder if its something that your work browser blocks or deletes on a semi regular basis? I've never seen one of those messages before...
 
It could be. I think I only get them at work.

It also happens most frequently when I have two tabs open and click reply then immediately switch to a different tab.

It's probably something on my end. :embarrassed:
 
I guess....I've just never seen that one before, even on HC or any of the other sites...
 
I have never seen that error.


And get this . . . I have never ridden a subway, or even a city bus. Not once. :embarrassed:
 
i'm pretty sure i walked through a puddle of piss on a subway platform last night. unfortunately, there was no way around it. i hate it when that happens. :mad:
 
I don't know that I've ever taken a city bus (I've done Greyhound a time or two), but I ride the subway in DC every time I'm there.

Haven't been to NYC since about '91, and it was a field trip and our teacher wouldn't let us ride the subway. :facepalm:
