Some context because the name sounded familiar. Shoal Creek is a 240ac +/- gated community, pop around 250, in the extreme southeastern suburbs of Birmingham in Shelby Co. which is your up and coming bouigy rural shifting to suburban area of the greater Bham metro. Name rang a bell because of its fancy professional golf course.
Barber Sports track and museum is prob 20 min away. If ya had to live in AL, that would be living it up for sure.
But not something I’d want even if I had the money.
I can think of a hella lot better for 5 million than that Jed Clampett Estate. Myself I’d buy million worth of land and put a big ol $500,000 barn in the middle of it and live high on the hog off the interest.
