...I always wanted to get a Epiphone Les Paul Standard, and put push pull pots in it for coil tap, and phase selection...this one gets me half way there...

The ProBucker pickups are really good, too - not the usual mud from the stock pickups they've used before :thu:
 
The upper tier Epiphones can be pretty nice guitars. Better than many Gibsons. (I know, that doesn't say much)
That said, I haven't demoed any Epi Pro's, so I can't comment on this model.
 
Those look pretty cool. I've heard good things about those pickups. They are supposed to be pretty faithful copies of the USA burstbucker pro models, which sound great to my ears.

I don't know that it equals a Gibby, but I do lurvelurvelurve my Epi Casino, and I bet EG would agree about his.
