I'm currently having a religious experience

Not much into nostalgia shows.

Sorry, but I find it irrelevant.

I know, I'm probably in the minority, but it's not like they remained active. They had 4 albums.

Not my cup of tea, sorry.

I guess salvation is in the eyes of the beholder.

i love cream and pretty much hated that.

i saw ginger baker at small bar in NYC and everyone kept yelling out cream songs, he kept saying "this is 1999 not 1969" we should have thrown $100 bills at him

:snooty:

I'm not super into Cream, but I thought that was pretty cool (the little bit I watched, anyway). When did this happen?

Saul, I've watched that too, and I really enjoyed it. Cream was great in it's time, and it was fun to see them perform again, even if I only got to see it on video.

I saw Rush in May, and they played a lot of new material during their show. They also know that their fans like to hear the early songs that made them fans in the first place, so they played a lot of their "oldies" too. It was an awesome show.

Eric Clapton's work in Cream and John Mayall's Bluesbreakers is the only stuff of his I like really. I quite enjoyed that reunion show, sure it's not the same as the old days, but good to see them look like they enjoyed themselves.
