Premier Music: the final week.

I found out that I lost my space to teach in another music school (scheduling around their teachers that wasn't an issue when I made the commitment in the first place) and I've spent the day running around shopping for a new space to teach in while getting repairs done to the old building before our our final inspection next week. And teaching and trying to take care of a missing credit card that has all of our auto charge bills on it and several other rolling disasters today.

:hd:

Nothing like going shopping for commercial rental space while you're trying to get out of your current space. Turns out the place I found will cost about the same or less and I will have unlimited access to it.

Lets see what I spent today:

replacement window $390
Water heater $289
back security door knob keyed to the front door: $120
New teaching space deposit $1000
Payment in advance for rehearsal studio for 5 weeks of classes (discounted) $489
piano mover $100
case of t8 lightbulbs $96 (I think)

And I've got to write the teachers their final paychecks today.

I don't know how you feel about the bible, but Proverbs has some sound advice for times like this "Let them drink and forget about their poverty and remember their misery no more."

No need to apologize. I just thought you might've taken your lady on another romantic dump trip.
