I'm kinda pissed with the way NL played. They've been having a bit of a shit streak now, and this game was no different. And some inexplicable subs. They really threw it. If they continue to play this lacklustre there's a good chance they won't even make it out of the group stage.
There have been a few unexpected draws already. Spain, Brazil and Netherlands being most notable.
Brazil is not so unexpected. The Brazilian team isn't amazing, they've had a pretty rough qualification tournament, and Morocco has a really strong squad that could go far if things fall their way a bit.
The substitutions for NL were pretty questionable. I thought Japan played well given they were missing a few of their better attackers and Endo.
Hehehe, yeah a 1-0 win against Haiti is the bare minimum required to have at least some hope of staying in the tournament in that group. I saw part of the game, I think they might have a small chance of dragging Brazil to a draw if they have a good day, but I wouldn't be surprised if Morocco just stomps Scotland.The kids in work are buzzing about the Scotland result, they think we're going to batter Morocco, I've tried to explain to them how our footballing arc goes when we start off well but they just don't get it
He would have had 4 if there wasn't an offsides call on the first one. He's living up to the hype.
