I like it... The volume control is far enough away from the bridge to be considered blue-zone compliant...
 
I know where you can get one way cheaper.

It's not that great a guitar, though. I've played it. Kinda cheap.

Cool piece for a collector and I love the Wilburys.

I remember seeing a Traveling Wilburys guitar in the Sears Catalog back when that's all the exposure I had to new guitars. Don't know if those were made by Gretsch or not though. I remember it looking just like that one (which I think looks like a POS from the Sears catalog). :embarrassed:
 
As big a fan I was of Geo. Harrison...and as much as I like the look of that guitar back when it was new....

...it's a hunk of shit in person. Think $99 Wal-mart quality guitar.

These were the last of the Baldwin Grestchs, after they had driven the brand into the ground, all the other models had been discontinued and this was a failed last ditch effort to try and relaunch the brand as a budget Asian model. Shortly afterwards, Terada guitars in Japan would put up the funds for Fred Grestch to buy the company back.
