Always was interested in the MPC guitars. Not really this model, most were LP, 335, and Explorer clones (Rick "Rock 'n' Roll Hoochie Coo" Derringer used the X-910 Explorer), but I figured I would pick where they tried to do their own thing.

Additional audio/visual content, the first in a series ...

They had an MPC guitar at Atomic one of our Barnstorm runs. Pretty cool guitar, would love the explorer version

i played on a few of the MPC's back when they were a new thing. liked the LP one.
having a couple of your most used pedals IN the guitar, instead of on the floor, was a handy idea. the modules didn't all sound that great, but idea was a good one.
not a big fan of that^^ one, tho.
looks like an obese SG.

Then you might not like tomorrows guitar either.

As I said, this one doesn't really appeal to me, but I wanted to feature an "original" instead of some clone. What I found interesting was just about every X710 I found on Reverb had the bridge PU replaced.

Not my thing, but I didn't know anyone was doing the onboard effects back that far. Some forward thinking on their part.

Interesting, but overall, not my thing. The logo with the letters E and G making an upside down peace sign is pretty clever though. No doubt the designer was well and truly chuffed when they came up with that.
