A brief reminder that everything about WRC is completely insane.

If you dig Rally style cars..... I'm jealous of those who can pick up this little Tasmanian Devil outside of the US!

Idk....hard to be more insane than one of the deadliest road races that takes place on the roads and streets of the isle of man

The difference with Isle of Man is that it's explicitly suicidal. Participation itself is an indication of a greater set of problems that likely require therapy.

I think with WRC there's an expectation that you'll go home at the end of the day.

The side of the road shots of WRC certainly convey a very different sense of speed than the typical helicopter chase, hairpin corner and in car camera shots that make up the regular tv coverage.

Reminds me of the Pikes Peak hill climb back before they paved the road. They were not going that fast, but a lot of turns and one heck of a drop if you miscalculate.

Too bad these are 42K to buy over here, and I can't fit one in my garage with my other cars. They look like a lot of fun.

I'm always amazed that more spectators don't get killed being so close to the road with a car right on the edge of control. Speaks a lot to the skill of the drivers

No doubt. I have a friend who has been a rally marshal and told me they have spots on the route that they know/expect are the most likely to pose a danger to spectators and police those spots pretty closely.
