I don’t know about price. It has to be ordered direct from the manufacturer.

Do I need an amplifier to use the SpinTone?

No. The SpinTone works as a self powered speaker and incorporates two 15+15W internal amplifiers. One dedicated to the woofer and other for the tweeter for maximum eficiency and sound quality.

Can I plug my guitar directly to the SpinTone?

No. SpinTone sounds amazing with guitars but for maximim flexibility it has a line level input. This was deliberately chosen to let you use your favorite preamp to shape the tone of your guitar as you wish. Also the line input is perfect to plug directly keyboards, synths, mixers, audio iterfaces, and a huge array of studio equipement.

The SpinTone has a line output?

No. The rotary effect is achieved in a purely mechanical and acoustic way, just like in the vintage units, so it will be impossible to add a line output without resorting to super tiny internal microphones of dubious quality and suboptimal placement. The only way to record it is by using your favorite set of microphones. Old school for the win!

What's the waiting time since I place my order?

Usually there's a small stock of units ready to ship but this depends on several factors like demand or color choosed. Waiting time should be around 2 or 3 weeks in the worst case.

This is amazing! how do I get one?

Here is a longer demo below. He starts on keys, then switches to guitar.

He explains that the Spintone can’t handle much bass. He suggests they should make a new model with larger drivers that can handle more bass. He also suggests the manufacturer should consider built-in microphones so that they could include a line out.

Whatever the price, bigger speakers and built-in microphones would have to increase the price. I like the concept, but the lack of ability to handle bass is a problem.
