I spun through my collection of music with an eye for stuff that we may not have heard before (and that I haven't listened to in a long time).

The first one I came across is Jeffrey P Ross

Pay Attention Blues is a fun one.

I couldn't find a YouTube video of just single cuts, but here's the whole album.

It's eclectic. There's a good mix of jazz, blues, swing, jump, and maybe a bit of rockabilly in there.

Diggin' the Jeffrey Ross. Never heard of him. All I know of Johnny Copeland is that Showdown record. He sorta fell of my radar. Thanks.

I missed a couple days didn't I?

Sorry. I had these all picked out ahead of time, too, so that I wouldn't have any trouble meeting my obligations. :P

Mississippi John Hurt

Joe B doing the same song

And my Friday choices:

Scrapper Blackwell

SRV and Albert King - same song

Bonus for Friday - David Gogo. (I saw him live last month and got to meet him. Cool guy.)
New song from his Album just released

Also from the new release, a bluesed up version of a familiar song

and World Turning
