Do you take any vitamins?

I take vitamin D along with Turmeric, both for joint pain, most specifically in my lower thumb joints.

I ran out of my gender specific Mens daily multivitamin and was thinking about taking one of the Wifes gender specific womens multivitamins. "This is probably the same vitamin with different marketing" I thought.
I chickened out at the last minute. Guess I'll just skip it today and get another bottle of gender specific manly vitamins over the weekend. I mean I dont wanna start menstruating over here.

These stupid pills might not do anything they placebo like a MAN dammit.

Best to error on the side of caution....no need to have your willy fall off or grow a pair of man boobs (unless that is your intention and then it's perfectly fine).

it's mostly just more iron in women's multivitamins (for said menstruating)

Nope...I try to focus on a balanced diet that includes ample fruits, vegetables, & whole grains to provide my nutritional requirements.

I took one of my Wife's vitamins one day by mistake. I watched the Hallmark Channel for a day and a half.

But I did feel compassion for those less fortunate than myself, which I'd never experienced previously.
