From all the knobs it looks like it would cover a lot of uses, maybe even some studio type stuff, so Im curious too. How are you using it and what's the general vibe of it?
My comp journey was Dyna Comp>Diamond Optical>JHS Whitey Tidy (has a blend control but still basically a Dyna/Ross style). I liked the Diamond a lot back when I had just started back on elec guitar to tame my right hand, but I never really found much use for the other style unless chicken picking or playing slide, just colors the sound too much even with the blend control. Nowadays I have the Diamond > Dyna Comp on my pedal steel board. The optical gently handles the front end of the note and the Dyna squashes out the sustain. Real nice effect for that application. I guess the Origin Slide Rig does probably something similar in one box. This band I was in briefly back in the 00s bought one of those rack vocal comp things that did seem to do a nice job but thats about my only experience with studio style compression.
