Just had Smoked Hot Wings....

Oh Holy Hell they were IN CRED A BLE!!!!....

This place (Sauk Trail on 17) has amazing smoked ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and for the NCAA tournament they had a special called "Technical Fowl".

They were 10 wings... not the little drummy pieces.... TEN FULL SIZED 3-part wings.


The had this smoked, blakened outer skin.... wow.... I barely used any sauce (each table has 6 different sauces in the middle of the table). I couln't finish them all in one sitting... but I brought the rest home and I'm betting they don't make it through the night.


They also have dozens of craft and specialty beers... I had the Four Horsemen (Notre Dame beer brewed in South Bend). DANCING-banana

We have a local place that does the smoked wings too and I love them. Better than the deep fried ones rven though I love them toom

I need to smoke some wings this summer....they would cook pretty dang fast in the smoker..
