I'm not crazy about my job, but I really like the people around me at the company I work for now. Fantastic managers. No micromanaging. For the most part excellent, skilled co-workers. I had multiple head hunters after me the past few weeks for a local job that would be a step up and about a $20-$30k pay increase. But after reviewing the glass door reviews and having to go into the office 3 days a week, I'll stay put. Too many iffy reviews and frankly being fully remote is worth more right now than more money. I have 7 years to retirement, and I am hoping to stay fully employed until then. 20 years at a company that seriously underpaid everyone put me in a serious hole as far as retirement savings, so I'm trying to dig out now with a bit of success.
