Help! Need breakfast suggestions

Jeremy

Also no borders.
I've made some significant lifestyle changes in the last couple years, food-wise and I'm moving to the next step. I never eat breakfast, and I want to start. I'm just not sure where. It seems like most accepted breakfast foods are pretty much garbage. Example: I googled "quick healthy breakfast" earlier and came to a page that suggested doughnuts and chocolate milk.

So, what say you, wieners? What are some quick, easy, reasonably healthy breakfast choices?

During the week I usually do some combination of 2 of the following 3 items:

Yogurt
Banana
Nutri-Grain bar

On the weekends, I've been digging breakfast burritos lately. Fry up some onions, peppers, egg whites, maybe some pork product, melt some cheese on top. Slap it in a tortilla with salsa and cilantro. Mmmmmmm.

I dunno about healthy, but I had pumpkin pancakes today that were kiiiiiiiiller!

Before you go to bed mix the following in a bowl...

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
1 small apple diced up
1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans)
dash of cinnamon
a little honey

Mix it up. Cover the bowl. Put it in the fridge. Breakfast is ready when you get up. Enough to two hungry people.

Awesome guys, thank you! These all sound wayyy better than doughnuts and chocolate milk lol.

Take a 6oz Chobani greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom (I usually use blueberry, strawberry or peach), mix with scoop of vanilla protein powder and half a cup to a cup of Kashi Go Lean cereal. Tastes great, lots of protein and some healthy carbs, pretty low calorie.

I like oatmeal pancakes, and egg+protein (which can be veggie bacon or veggie sausage) on a tortilla or English muffin.
