I've made some significant lifestyle changes in the last couple years, food-wise and I'm moving to the next step. I never eat breakfast, and I want to start. I'm just not sure where. It seems like most accepted breakfast foods are pretty much garbage. Example: I googled "quick healthy breakfast" earlier and came to a page that suggested doughnuts and chocolate milk.
So, what say you, wieners? What are some quick, easy, reasonably healthy breakfast choices?
