I’m awake, eating/drinking, and am able to read and write a little.

There’s something wrong though, and I can’t speak, so I’m scared. No way whether that’ll lasting, but hopefully things will calm down after a couple of days once this swelling relaxes.

But the surgery has been otherwise successful.

I have been thinking about you all day and am so glad to see this. (Don't get into the details, obviously I don't mean the not being able to talk)
Looking forward to your wit, snark and intelligent banter. Hang in there man. We miss you already.
 
Just once I think you should respond “*spits*”to one of these post op situations and create a whole running forum saga where you convince people you’ve had your brain swapped for tompetty’s.

Hope you start feeling better soon and regain your powers of speech asap. And let this be the last time you pull this sort of thing. Sheesh. Drama queen.
 
@Flamencology ... Looking forward to an update this week when you're feeling a little better. Know that it's usually the 24-48 after a surgery where you feel the shittiest, so mojo today. :baimun:
 
I was saving this for the dilettantes of the music league but I thought you'd appreciate what Ed Sheeran could have been if he'd stuck to the weed and Buckfast.

 
Fantastic that you are out of the hospital. the less time there the better.
