The shittiness of music lawsuits continues...

I never did too until just before I posted above to make sure.

I remember back when his lawsuit was going he was doing an interview and he stated that because the extra note was added, it wasn't the same.

I was going to mention that interview. He seriously said, whilst being video taped, that the riff was substantially different because he added one extra "dum" to it.
 
Solution, if you sue someone and lose you publicly apologize, pay all their legal expenses, and pay them $100,000,000 in punitive damages for defamation of character. You can not declare bankruptcy to avoid the punishment. And you can't sue anyone else until you pay off the judgement. Bet that would cut down on lawsuits!
