dopesmoker, pothead....those are great terms. they conjure a simpler time gone by:thu:
 
When I tell the children to avoid it, lest they become dropout wastoids, I call it by its proper name. No intoxicant so nefarious deserves cutesy nicknames.
 
In Culinary school we called it Regs and Crippy. Regs was the Mexican brick stuff and Crippy was the really good crystal covered stuff you see everywhere now. Back then it was pretty rare.

but I haven't smoked it over 20 years. I hate it. When I was a taxi driver, I got a lot of customers that stunk of weed, even parents with kids :facepalm:

Yeah, I love talking to old hippies at the dispensary that haven't smoked since the 70's and are totally unprepared for how amazing this shit we have today is. The medical homegrow movement over the last two decades has been instrumental in this.

I like seeing the old old folk there that are like in their 60's or retired....dad shoes, old guy jeans...look like they work at Ace hardware.....makes me feel not so old.
