My wife's 2000 Saturn sedan had one but they were phasing them out. The 12v socket came standard but she had to pay extra for the ashtray and lighter.
Pretty sure my Dad's 2005 Silverado pickup didnt have one, and no vehicle Ive owned since has.

My current car has both but the lighter part is gone. 2003 Ford Crown Victoria, the police interceptor model. It’s a great work and band car, you can fit a lot of tools or gear into it and it’s faster than greased lightning if you want it to be.

Fond memories of instead of using a clip, just put the roach on the red hot lighter coils. Just don't burn your lip. Then, after a dozen? times, all the resin shorted it out and you had to get another one.

Speaking of, I used to have one of these on my key ring.



I remember the first time I used it with my, new to me, car with a locking steering wheel. No giant accident, just drifted slowly down into the ditch, got the key back in and drove out.

1965 Chevy c10 truck. besides that, I think our 2002 Suburban had one.
