Which do you prefer.... Alfredo, Marinara or Pesto?

I'll be boring and choose Marinara.

I have this problem with any white sauce. I don't know why.

Out of those, and ONLY those? I will go alfredo. But A good vodka sauce, or a good tomato cream sauce....ohhhhhhhh man. Or a good marinara with sauteed, slightly blackened bell peppers. Or, I could go on and on and on. Thats what I get for marrying an Italian girl. I cant imagine HAVING to pick one over the other.

Marinara is too every day and I always screw alfredo up when I try to make it. Now that we have the basil out growing in the garden, nothing beats a fresh batch of homemade pesto. love0

Pesto is very good. It might be sacralidge, but one of our fave meals is making a packet of the Knorr pesto sauce, drizzling it over angel hair, topping it with roasted pine nuts, feta cheese, and mushrooms sauteed in garlic and butter.

That is a spectacular meal, for sure.
