First joined Harmony Central over 20 years ago. Went on to hang at Live Ruckus until it went away and when this place came to be I joined and participated for a few years until I asked to be banned and I don't remember why. Anyway as far as forums goes I keep up with The Gear Page and believe it or not I checked in this place daily for years mostly while at work. Among many questions I have three are what happened to Flamencology? I enjoyed his bathtub reading. What the heck ever happened to Oscar Jordan, (aka Jimmy James), I still have the cd of him and his band that he sent me. And how do you pronounce Wein? I always pronounce it Wayne. Am I right?

I'll reserve my guess. Only one person that I remember asking to get banned. It didn't end very well.
How is it that I don't recall and you do? But I do remember it ending well. I'll give you this-I wasn't Scott Jones
I'm actually amazed that this place is still kicking. As said, not surprised though because I've checked in often and there are a couple posts per day. Man times sure have changed from when you'd go on Harmony Central and could chat and entertain yourself the whole day if you chose

Not him, I'm thinking of someone named after a deceased Wilbury
I was just wondering why you “Don’t Come Around Here No More.”
I can see the list of banned users. That’s the first one I recognised that wasn’t just a newb spammer.
Fair enough. Actually it's not like I went out of my way to not be obvious. Is it ok if I hang? I'll probably be like most others here and only post from time to time
Kind of makes me a little sad actually how these musician message boards have lost so much steam. Anyway, you're the boss.... *Spits*
I’m just hired help still trying to find a way to make that Administrator label go away.

I'll leave this here. For me the most amazing musical moments of late is what Rush has done and are doing. Simply genius on many levels that are probably obvious to most, or should be...Since I last posted here I think I've seen Colin James, Steve Earle, Australian Pink Floyd,(what I took away from seeing Australian Pink Floyd is that there'll never be another Pink Floyd). Also seen Cheap Trick... ZZ Top.. Doobie Brothers.. Triumph and the other one remaining members lineup . Seen Styx and thanks to Gowan they still put on a good show. Most recently seen Deep Purple and again the one member opening acts. I see most of the shows with my brother who is on the down side of life and am working on us seeing Rush because I honestly believe it's the rock story of at least this decade
Ohhhh. How’s the weather out east?
Agree about RUSH’s current tour and Gowan/Styx. I’ve got tickets to see Gowan next year.
Colin James is great. I try to catch his show whenever he’s in the area.
I was seriously thinking about flying out to St. John’s, Newfoundland to see Big Sugar and Wide Mouth Mason tonight.
I think I saw Aussie Floyd years ago at Art Park. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away, but I wouldn’t chase them down to see them again.

I mean just the label. I’m happy to twist knobs and push buttons.

Well, if I don’t need to call the college and tell them you’re doing students then I’m gonna go wash my single pan with my rescue squirrel while wearing my sock hat.
