A lot of guitars these days are "Made in the USA" with imported parts. Even Gibson was rumored to have imported necks and uses Schaller parts.

Of course this has "interesting shitplank" written all over it, but that doesn't mean a solid no from me. I wouldn't spend much though, that company probably didn't fold in four years for no reason.
