We see those up here too. For a short period of time and really just at a bird sanctuary spot as opposed to in the backyard.On rare occasions, we'll get to see one of these. There's a small forest that borders the building where I work that is a known roost area for them. Sadly, a building was recently built that cut into some of that forest, but much still remains.
