On rare occasions, we'll get to see one of these. There's a small forest that borders the building where I work that is a known roost area for them. Sadly, a building was recently built that cut into some of that forest, but much still remains.

That's an oriole for those not in the MId Atlantic.
 
It's a big year for the walnut trees in my back yard, so the turkeys are visiting quite regularly after hiding in the woods for a few years. Haven't gotten any pictures yet, but there's over a dozen of them

We see those up here too. For a short period of time and really just at a bird sanctuary spot as opposed to in the backyard.
 
I spotted a male cardinal in our feeder this afternoon but couldn’t snap a pic before a couple of morning (mourning?) doves flew in scared every other off.

I set up (then quickly neglected) a vegetable and herb bed this summer which attracted a lot of butterflies.

I bought a bird bath too but haven't seen a single one use it.

I'm going to buy an old whisky barrel and turn it into a small pond to see if that attracts anything.
