Help With Identifying a Gibson!!

An ad was posted on my local craigslist featuring these pictures:





It looks really cool but I can't find any info about it, which scares me.

Any idea what this is you guys?

Gibson made an "All American" series for a few years in the late 90s that had 24 frets. they made a Melody Maker and an SG, but i've never seen one with P90s.

Tuners and TR cover are different too but I'd imagine that it's an All-American II.

Ask the seller for a pic of the headstock/neck joint and see if it has the American flag
