I've actually been considering getting some sort of really flashy guitar for shows, down the road. Purple has been at the top of my list. :embarrassed::embarrassed:

I love it. Especially since I'm in the middle of my "I wish I had a guitar with a Floyd" phase which is quickly followed up by, "I fucking HATE Floyd's... why did I buy this guitar again?!" :embarrassed:

I dispute that point in my case. I like weird looking guitars sometimes. I like the Grape Ape superstrat overall. The only concern for me is that I have never had a Floyd, and don't know if I would like one or not.


PS: I really do want some form of super strat someday. I am not sure about pickup configuration though. It would be ok, and maybe even preferred, if it looked a bit funky or was beat up a bit.

The color looks OK to me, and lately I'm finding the Charvel superstrats to be pretty cool (unlike the Ibby RGs). Yeah, I'll take it.
 
I think it's pretty cool.
Yank the middle pickup and change the neck p'up to a traditional single coil, and I'd rock the hell outta that thing!
