Amp-Maniacs...What do you prefer - Channel Switching or Single Channel?

How many amp channels do you like?

Single Channel for me (JCM800) with a GE-7 for lead boost. Great sounding amp, often ruined by people using distortion pedals in front of it :embarrassed:
 
i dig multi channels. clean, grit, dirt and solo are perfect and then i have no need for pedals.
 
THREAD NECRO!!

I'm getting tired of lugging the damn pedalboard to rehearsals. I have an Egnator tweaker and I'm leaning towards what other people do here: run the gain where I want it, and use the volume knob on the guitar to clean it up.

My pedalboard has too damn many pedals on it, so I'm going to streamline it downs some anyway.
