Colonoscopy! It’s the best! Actually it went great. Woke up as soon as they inserted it watched and asked questions. Of the 4 this one was the best. Was able to walk right out of there.

I had one last year, so I'm off the hook for 9 years.

It's an unpleasant and humiliating process, but it's good to know colon cancer probably will not be what kills me.

I had plain this time and I prefer it over the lime or cherry flaver. . Took a swallow of Sprite before after drinking an 8 ounce cup. Don’t stop in between and take the sip of Sprite right after. Get you some diaper rash cream. I have needed it twice and it makes a huge difference.

i put a scoop of metamucil in my water after working out in the morning. and i eat a lot of fruit and other things with fiber. seems to working, im pretty regular.

The prep is usually the worst part. The last time they had difficulty finding a vein and put the IV in my hand. It burned like hell when they gave me the anesthesia.
