The one time I met her she held the door of her parents house open while I loaded my gear into their living room for a rehearsal. She looked at me like I was something on the bottom of her shoe

This was pre-Tragic Kingdom and I was in a band with one of their original drummers who had stayed friends with Eric Stefani after he left the band, so we were able to rehearse there.

Somehow this does not surprise me.
