Post an old pic of yourself.

Grateful Dead Hampton Virginia circa 1984...second row red do-rag and tiedye

That's a bandana...a do-rag is different thing. Super cool pic though.

Do you have any pictures with Wally and Eddie Hasekell?
Ok...

I seriously laughed out loud, but it's because my older brother was a dead ringer for The Beev to the point some people thought he was Jerry Mathers (even though by that time, Jerry would have been twenty something). No one has ever accused me of looking like The Beev. That's hilarious.

Here, scope this bad ass shirt yo! The Beev was NEVER this cool....

This thread makes me a bit sad. My first wife totally destroyed many of my photos from the Sixties and early Seventies; she would tell people that I had "been a hippie until she save me." She also threw away my entire record collection, including a Dylan bootleg and the first run of Live Peace in Toronto, complete with the calendar. There is a whole period of my life that is photo-less.

Man, that sucks! What a horrible thing for someone to do!

A Stevie song came on the internet radio on at work just after this, and . . . there it was. I don't hate Stevie, and like some of her stuff, but that vibrato can get out of hand. Not that huge a vocal vibrato fan anyway. I prefer a tempered use.
McVie had a much better voice anyway.

Yeah, I can handle it as one of the voices in the context Fleetwood Mac, although the Buckingham Nicks album is quite good...great even. It's what I don't like about Eddie Vedder as well. Similarly Shakira (although I just don't care for her music at all).

The goat vibrato has it's place...

...on goats.

Huh. I don't get that from Vedder. hmm.
