Multiple companies have filed paperwork to buy parts of Hostess. It looks as if Flower Foods will end up with Wonder Bread. Hostess is expected to announce the company that's purchasing the snack foods part of it's business in the next few weeks. A Pine Bluff Arkansas company has filed paperwork to buy Hostess.
