The USPS CAN BITE ME.

seriously. people are in a hurry today. I know that your job performance really doesn't matter to you but for me to wait in line 45 minutes to simply pay postage on a flat rate box because you are working in slow motion and I didn't have them in stock is ridiculous.

at to the lady who brought 5 unwrapped and and unpacked gifts (I AM NOT KIDDING) to the counter expecting them to be taken care of while we waited, she can eat a bowl of poo too.

I avoid the USPS at all costs.... I'll use them for envelopes and that's it.

If I have to pay a couple bucks more to use UPS, I consider it "Less expensive than therapy".

I hate to recieve packages from UPS. If I am not home, which is usually the case during their delivery hours, I have to travel an hour to pick it up that the nearest terminal. If USPS has a package they can't deliver, I travel for 5 minutes and pick it up.

My post office wasn't bad today. I guess I lucked out. :thu:

I usually don't have to worry about it but today just didn't work out in my favor....

Was that the strings and picks I bought Mark? :embarrassed:

hehe. I ran out of flat rate boxes so I figured since the post office is about 1500 feet from my house actually going in myself to get it out quickly wouldn't be that big of a deal.....I was going to send you a funny email from my blackberry but apparently everything runs in slow motion there and I couldn't get the page to load :embarrassed:

Mark, I ship USPS daily, well I did before the economy took a dump, and purchase everything on line to eliminate the issue of waiting on goofy people, on both sides of the counter, at the post office. Most of my postage is thru PayPal but on occasion I buy it from the USPS online. Especially flat rate stuff going international. I do understand the frustration of waiting in line at the post office and your rant.

Edit: Oh, I see you were out of the FR boxes. My bad. That is a pain.

Oh man, sorry. I hate it when things work out like that

Wait, there was a lady who actually wrapped and packed her gifts at the counter? Oh I'd be flipping the fuck out.

I usually don't have any problems. today was kind of the "perfect storm"...I had my son with me and surprisingly enough he was perfectly behaved. All of those X-mas presents going out in front of him were probably a good reminder that Santa is still watching

don't worry...It was a reminder to me to be better prepared. The worst day of this is still better than working for a living
