Rocketman, because I couldn't find a legal copy of Velvet Goldmine
Spiderman, Far From Home, because children
Back to the Future, because children need the classics
E.T., because likewise
We remark that the classics are a household child's idea, I could (and would prefer to) live a long and happy life without the cinematic oeuvre of S Spielberg
Perhaps later this week you could screen Munich for them.
Fairly faithful to the original story and fairly entertaining. Obviously featuring a hilariously over-the-top performance by Nicolas Cage.
Not great, not terrible
My internet sucks, we do the Netflix through the mail. Wife and I watched Knives Out yesterday.
1917, Knives Out and Zombieland 2. TBH I was disappointed in both 1917 and Knives Out. Perhaps my expectations were too high. They are both good but not outstanding in any way. 1917 was well made and the first half was good but I felt it lost its way. It couldn't decide if it was Saving Private Ryan or Apocalypse Now, ended being neither (or something new). Knives Out was entertaining but I didn't really get it. Was it a comedy? A mystery? It wasn't particularly funny or mysterious
I enjoyed Zombieland 2 for what it was. Mindless fun.
Would you rate it Roentgen 3.6, maybe?
How does it compare to Mandy? I've been put off by some reviews that say there is some disgusting visuals. I don't mind a bit of gore and really enjoyed Mandy but I don't like gratuitous disgusting imagery. Planet Terror for example, turned if off after 10 minutes once the puss started flowing.

I enjoyed Knives Out but I got the same impression that it didn't really know what it wanted to be. What was that Will Smith superhero one? Reminded me of that - wasn't a comedy, wasn't a drama meh.
As a movie, I agree. But you really have to look at it more like a series of skits.Weakest of the Python movies.
