Is this religious?

Never heard a thing they did. idn_smilie

This should probably give you an idea of their music. I'm not a fan personally, but they do have their merits.

They slay live, though, for entertainment value. Particularly their drum battles; the vocalist is also an accomplished drummer, and they tend to battle it out in their shows.

Love that little start stop at 0:31.

I also kinda like I Stand Alone, but one of my ex-bandmates was so obsessed with Godsmack that I'd be ok with never hearing them again.

I'll pick 'Awake' I guess. I couldn't think of the name of it 'til I saw the vid Kerouac posted.

A friend of mine is a big fan of Godsmack, and I don't mind listening to 'em, but I wouldn't go out and purchase their cd's :embarrassed:

I will say that they do support the troops, and me being a vet, I'll give 'em a :thu:

Dude. I thought your avatar looked familiar. I still have that on vinyl. I'm a big Kansas fanboy.

I just bought the 30-year anniversary edition on cd a couple of months ago. Sony found a whole extra discs worth of material in their vaults :) (I have an old vinyl copy too, somewhere)

That one that sounds like White Zombie meets Staind.

Oh wait... That's pretty much all of them isn't it?
