Waiting for Mr and Mrs El Borrachito. Already had an older gentleman right behind me pass out and hit his head on the stairs so hard I could hear the "bonk" over the house music. I was afraid I'd see his brains on the floor.

I'd love to see ZPZ. Mrs. T was never a Zappa fan, unfortunately.

The Mothers of Invention was one of my first music exposures when I was only 5 thanks to a cool hippy dude my brother hung out with. I vividly remember "hi, I'm Susie Creamcheese..." and "watch out where those huskies go and don't you eat that yellow snow..." No wonder I'm so screwed up!
I did get to see Frank play in 1981. He was sick and still put on an incredible performance.

James Santiago got up in stage and played Zomby Woof with the band and killed it:

We hung out after wil Scheila and had drinks at Trader Sams until she had to get back on the bus to go to today's show in San Diego:

The show itself was awesome. I'm familiar with some of franks music but this was killer to hear all of this live. Plus the theme from "Entertainment Tonight".

When you say you hung with her you must mean tied to the ceiling and upside down. But you're still smiling. So I guess that's good.

prepare to have your mind blown out of your ass. :thu:
And it truly was. The smaller band they are touring with now are more hard rocking and guitar-centric than what I saw on tr DVD. Dweezil doubles a lot of the key and horn lines that frank didn't now.

So I hate to point out the 5,000 pound elephant, but Mark, how many "Zappa Family" autographs did you give ? LULZ
