Has anyone actually drank an entire bottle in one night?

Closest I ever got was at Uni. They where doing a student special 50p for a tequila slammer. I remember counting till I'd had 13 shots. Don't remember anything after that. According to Google there are about 16 shots to a bottle so got pretty close. Couldn't drink tequila for years afterwards. Like it now though :embarrassed:

Wow ... I have a story that is about 94% exactly the same as yours except I was dumped on my front lawn and my parents dragged me in.

The next morning they made me wash out my own cloths in the basement sink. I remember that morning like it was yesterday (in Hell's living room)
 
I quit drinking as my grandfather was a two 5th a day alcoholic and smoked a carton of Camel non filters a day. I saw him die a horrible death and decided that I really like whiskey and understood why. I quit drinking and smoking cigs and started working out, lost 90 lbs and was benching 380lbs and doing things with my body that I never thought possible squatting over 550lbs...etc most likely saved my life as I had a heart attack at 37 that damn near killed me, they shocked me twice to get me back.
 
I have drank an entire fifth of Amsterdam on multiple occasions resulting in me belligerently drunk and unable to speak anything but jumbled words on the floor
 
i did it just once. it was when i was in college (after usaf) and it was at a big bon fire deal, and i brought a new bottle of Jack Daniels. we lit the bonfire, i unscrewed the cap from the Jack and threw it into the bon fire and by 2 am (so they tell me), i had it gone. i do not remember a lot of the later part of the night. they say i was happy and funny and silly. i did not try to jump over the bon fire or anything that stupid. they tell me i did sit down and fall over several times.

i will never do that again.
 
Yes. I did that with rum more than a few times when I was a young sailor in the Navy stationed in Puerto Rico. Took some practice to get there but with a lot of help from my buddies I managed it. I used to have some lost week ends once in a while back then.
 
There was a time not that long ago, I would get up, Wait for 12:embarrassed:0 and start drinking at a local bar. By 5:embarrassed:0ish I'd go to another bar and drink until 1-2am.

I'd do that for a few days when I didn't have my kids with me. I literally thought about just trying to drink myself to death. My kids would come to the house for a few days and I'd stop as I didn't want them seeing me that way. That was probably the only thing that saved me.

They left and the cycle would start over agian. It affected my friends, my work and definitely myself. Think there was some pretty stupid posts from me on here back then.

When people offer me vodka today, I them I'm allergic.

I'm VERY careful regarding anything alcohol related that goes into my system. I'll also say that I had help to reset my priorities and get me back down to a more stable well being.

And here I am stuck with 12pack for an alias...:annoyed:
 
Yes. More than twice. No idea what happened. Just that it did and I never will/want to again.

No, I don't think I've ever had a whole 750 ml bottle in one night, but I've probably gotten close many times.
 
When I was 23 in the USAF living in Belgium I consumed a750ml bottle of Jim Beam on the rock while sitting and playing cards for 6 hours. On another day/night we were partying in the dorm and funneling (not in my ass) Jim Beam (straight) and did a pint.

750 mls is less than a quart..I can drink that over a 6 hour period and you couldn't tell that I was drinking...Keef would be proud......

I've been off work since noon...ran a few chores...I probably have 300 mls in me now..Looking forward to the hockey draft tonight...Party on Wayne......
