On a serious note, how are you using the dispatch master vs the other delay?

so...the dispatch master. such an interesting pedal, because (IMO) it's a boring delay and a boring reverb that pair so well together. AND, because each are kinda sterile, they're great in a live setting when you have an amp that doesn't have its own reverb, or when you need a simple slap back kinda thing. and because of those qualities, I think it works great in FRONT of other delays and reverbs, as you're getting a little extra, but keeping the tone of the ones you really like. in front of the echoplex, I can dial in whatever multiple head config I like, almost as it was a fully-adjustable echorec. does that make sense? I've never seen anyone else use it in that way, but for me it just made sense. and when you want so much verb that nobody can hear the shitty music you're actually playing, the verb+the wet does the trick for me haha.

the EP boost and the echoplex are two halves of that original monster from the 70's (?), so that's kinda cool too. the paring of those sounds so good, and of course you can adjust the tape wear, etc, and then also get the extra "head" with the DM

Yup.... in the same way.... played a few hundred gigs, neglected to wipe the sweat, beer, and rain off of the shit except for when I'd clean up, sort cables, and change strings on a Sunday.
