I might have a @mystixboi1 ish problem. :embarrassed:

I believe maple and rosewood have nutritional value. Therefore, this purchase could be considered a necessity. :thu:

Very cool!

I could see playing something similar, especially if it had a single-coil bridge pupper.

Stock it comes with a 5 way that has several single coil combos, and this one has a 3 way with a push pull, but since it came with an extra plate and controls I will have some options to play around with.

I'm thinking a 4 way:

- Bridge Hum
- Bridge Hum + Neck Hum
- Bridge Single + Neck Single
- Neck Hum

but wire the push pull to swap the two neck options so it would change to:

- Bridge Hum
- Bridge Hum + Neck Single
- Bridge Single + Neck Hum
- Neck Single

I think that would give me all the combinations I would ever regularly use with the Bridge Hum always available.

For that color I like the white, but it's not a strong preference. Anyway, nice-looking piece of lumber!

i don't know if i would like the sharp edges on those barrel saddles. especially on the plain strings, that looks like cut strings.

I've used these saddles on other guitars and the edge isn't as sharp as it looks in the pic... and if there ends up being any sharp edges or top edges of the screws, I typically will take some 600-800 grit and "roll the edges". This pic is right out of the wrapper from Schroeder Guitars. :helper:

One attention-to-detail that I'd like to point out is that each of the three intonation screws is staggered in length, knowing where they will be typically placed. It's one of those things I've considered changing on my Floyd... grinding down the length of the low E lock post so it doesn't stick so far off the ass end of the bridge.
