You don't deserve koa.
As a movie, I agree. But you really have to look at it more like a series of skits.
Weakest of the Python series of skits.

Fairly faithful to the original story and fairly entertaining. Obviously featuring a hilariously over-the-top performance by Nicolas Cage.
Not great, not terrible

Ginger snaps (2000)... one of my all time favorite films. Very funny and cool teenage angst film that just happens to be horror. And werewolves.
John Carpenter's In the mouth of madness (1994)

Gonjiam: haunted asylum (2019)... korean found footage film. Slow burn but pays off in last 40 minutes. Only one in this list I haven't seen before.
Poltergeist II (1986)... really stupid, but entertaining partly because of hr giger effects. Old man with horrible teeth the most scary thing about it really though. Craig t. Nelson is sure an asshole in this.

Watched Little Big Man for the first time in over 30 years. Just great!
Just watched that episode last night :(Poor old Athelstan. :(
It was alright. One of the best Lovecraft adaptations which have by and large been trash. And Nick Cage only went "Nick Cage" like 3 times, which seems to indicate amazing restraint on his part.
I watched Walk Hard the other day since I'd never seen it and it was on. It kinda went downhill after the first 20-30 minutes, but still had some funny moments throughout.
Also watched the first Fast and Furious movie since I'd never seen it either. It was entertaining as a cop/action movie.
Neither will be remembered as landmark films.
Weakest of the Python movies.
Maybe so, but I don't watch R rated movies with my kids and it's the only PG one. It also happens to be the one on Netflix now.
